We care for our clients and staff and want to provide everyone with exceptional service as well as be respectful of everyone’s time. Therefore these policies are in place to ensure an exceptional experience for all.
 

Card on File

A card on file is required to book. This card is not charged at the time of booking; it will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.

Late Policy

If 15 minutes or more has passed, your procedure may have to be rescheduled due to insufficient time for your service. If your service has to be rescheduled, the cancellation policy will go into effect. 
 

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations to ensure fairness to our staff and all patients waiting for an appointment. Cancellations made with less notice will be subject to a $100 fee for medical services or a $50 fee for aesthetic services. Thank you for your understanding.

No-Show Policy

Patients who miss their appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. To ensure fairness to our staff and all patients waiting for an appointment, a $100 fee will apply for missed medical appointments and a $50 fee for missed aesthetic appointments. Patients who no-show will not be permitted to rebook future appointments.

Refunds 

We do not offer refunds on services rendered or retail products. If you receive a defective retail product or you are unhappy with the service you received, please contact the office so we can address your concerns promptly. 

Children and Other Guests 

To ensure a safe injection or facial experience, our policy does not permit children in the treatment rooms. If children are brought to the appointment, your appointment will have to be rescheduled and the cancellation policy will go into effect. Due to limited space, you may bring one person back into the treatment room with you. 

Payment Policy

Our standard pricing reflects rates available through all accepted payment methods, including third-party financing partners such as CareCredit and Cherry.

Patients who choose to pay directly at the time of service (via cash, debit, or credit card) will receive an 8% Direct Pay Discount as a courtesy for completing payment without the use of third-party programs.

We accept cash, most major credit cards, and RefineKC gift cards. Please note that we do not accept checks, and RefineKC Aesthetics does not bill insurance. All services are considered elective cosmetic treatments.

 

Gift Cards 

Gift Cards can be purchased in store or online. Gift cards are not refundable. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash. Gift cards are good for 12 months from purchase date.
